Hi Just in case you are wondering who is writing this blog I thought I would tell you a little about myself.  Life has been interesting, I have travelled a lot and held many different jobs.  I have worked as a natural healer and studied as a shaman apprentice and with a buddhist master for over 11 years.  I have also spent over a year living in a Buddhist monstary and in 2004 I took my vows as a lay buddhist monk.

My passion is to help people cut through the junk in their lives, to see is what holding them back; to help them move forward to live a more beautiful life.  To do this I work with chakras and teach people how to use their minds for maximum benefit, and how to get guidance from their higher selves, by teaching about spiritual journeys and signs from nature.

My other passion is eco-friendly living.  I know we can live in harmony with ourselves, others and the earth, and we can have beautiful, passionate and interesting lives.
